It's important to keep in mind the nature of the services being provided to you. Although your clinician will consider every aspect of your pets needs once an examination has been performed, it isn't always possible to anticipate the changing needs of a patient. You can be reassured however that should your pets requirements change, your veterinarian will discuss treatment and diagnostic options with you. Your clinician will provide you with a written and detailed estimate. Feel free to discuss any aspects of your estimate with us as in some cases service and treatment options can be tailored to suit you.

Payment

For general services and products, payment is required at the time of your visit or upon discharge of your pet from the hospital.

During emergency service hours, payment is required in advance of your consultation. This fee consists of a standard consultation and emergency services fee, it does not include the cost of any other services or treatment.Please contact us by telephone for a verbal estimate of this cost prior to your attendance.

In all cases such as non-elective surgery or emergency medical treatment, a deposit is required prior to the services being provided. The balance of the account is required upon discharge of your pet from the hospital.
